Privacy and data security information

This page explains what data we process, why we process it and how it is protected when you use the website or enquiry form.

1. Controller and contact

The controller of personal data submitted through this website is INVENTEQ sp. z o.o. sp.k., Maksymiliana Barucha 5, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland. Privacy enquiries may be sent to support@lamiq.pl.

2. Data and purposes

We may process your name, company, phone number, email address and information about your project to answer the enquiry, select a product and prepare a B2B quotation. Essential technical data may also be processed to secure the service.

3. Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, legal obligations and the controller’s legitimate interest in business correspondence, service security and legal claims. Data is retained only as long as required for these purposes and applicable law.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be entrusted to hosting, email, infrastructure, security and IT providers only to the extent needed to provide those services. Transfers outside the EEA use a mechanism permitted by Chapter V GDPR.

5. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Security and cookies

We use TLS encryption, access controls, data minimisation, form validation, rate limiting and abuse prevention. Necessary technologies support security, consent storage and correct website operation. Google Analytics and Google Ads technologies may be activated only after consent.

Google Consent Mode v2 communicates the visitor’s choices for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation. These parameters default to denied. Visitors can accept all, reject non-essential technologies or select analytics and advertising separately. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings in the footer or the settings control displayed on the website.

Consent preferences are stored locally in the browser for 180 days, after which a new choice is requested. Depending on the choice, Google may process information about website use, device, campaign and actions to provide statistics and measure advertising conversions. Google may process data outside the EEA using a mechanism permitted by Chapter V GDPR.
